Robert and I remember those days. Just found out some of the trashy people causing these problems are selling and moving to TUSCON. Like Taylor Swift says, the trash always takes itself out. Oh and the Mormons ran back to Boise with their tails between their legs right after this in 2023. The ladies couldn’t even read and tried to start a book club. No one ever managed to produce any newsletters after this 2022 board and the HOA stopped having meetings altogether which is illegal. I believe they are mostly old, decrepit and drunk ex-cops from California and some retired prison workers LOL. Oh and this one couple that put the fake wood on their house that year because “they really lived in Sun Valley” and were too special to follow the rules? Now they are the pariahs of the whole neighborhood and we all get to look at their ugly, fake house. You’re welcome for the update!
